Business ethics is the same as plain old ethics.People say they want integrity.Ironically majority of them don't act with the integrity they expect from others.John maxwell says

We do what we must to win
We always rationalize our choices with relativism or what we can term as situational ethics.One can give lot of examples but that is not necessary here.Some are always ethical, some are mostly Ethical some are some what ethical , Some are Seldom ethical and finally some are never ethical. Last category is the easiest to deal and I personally prefer as we can be on guard. Its the others whom I find difficult to deal and they happen to be the majority.

Having said all this what is ethics?
